I can see on my bank statements the money is no longer in my bank account ,so I don't know how to fix the problem. I have the confirmations sent to my email that the money was sent and the money shows up into my casino account so I play the money that I send in then I get told the money wasn't sent from my bank. This is casino and luxury casino is the only casino that I always owe money to ,so I'm paying money to the casino twice just to play on their site.
I don't understand that or know how to fix it. So I'm guessing my money is floating around out there some where if it's not reaching my casino account and it's no longer in my bank account. I get email confirmation that the money was sent to my casino account and my bank statement shows that the money is no longer in my bank account ,so I don't know where the money is going if it's not being sent to the casino. My bank couldn't send money that's not there. I use my bank debit card to deposit and I was told maybe there's no money in my bank account and I owe money to the casino.
